Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: 23 July 2026

LuxeVault believes in complete transparency. This disclosure explains our affiliate relationships, how they work, and how they do — and do not — affect the content, listings, and recommendations you see on this platform. It has been prepared in accordance with guidance from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP), the Canadian Competition Bureau, and EU transparency requirements under the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and the Digital Services Act.

What this means for you

You never pay more

Affiliate commissions are paid to LuxeVault by the retailer or programme operator from their own margin. The price you see — and pay — at checkout is identical to the price you would pay if you navigated to the retailer directly. LuxeVault's commission is not added to your purchase price.

Commissions never influence recommendations

Products and services featured on LuxeVault are selected on the basis of quality, authenticity, and relevance to our audience. The existence of an affiliate relationship with a retailer is not a factor in whether a product is listed, how it is ranked, or how it is described. Products without affiliate links are curated under the same standards.

Editorial independence

All editorial content on LuxeVault — including AI-generated recommendations, curated collections, insights articles, and category guides — is produced independently. No advertiser, retailer, or affiliate programme operator has editorial control over any content on this platform.

Affiliate links are identified

Pages on LuxeVault that contain affiliate links carry a visible disclosure notice near those links. Where a product card or listing routes to an external retailer via an affiliate link, this is indicated at the point of interaction.

1. What Are Affiliate Links?

An affiliate link is a specially formatted URL that includes a tracking code identifying LuxeVault as the referrer. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase on the retailer's website, the retailer's affiliate programme records the sale and pays LuxeVault a commission.

The tracking is typically performed via a browser cookie set at the moment you click the link. The cookie contains only the tracking identifier — it does not contain your personal data, and LuxeVault does not receive any personally identifiable information about your purchase from the retailer.

Not all external links on LuxeVault are affiliate links. Links to partner profiles, professional services directories, knowledge resources, and editorial references are standard non-affiliate links.

2. Amazon Associates Programme

LuxeVault is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, and other Amazon storefronts.

Products sourced from Amazon on this platform are identified by the "Acquire Now" external link button, which routes to Amazon.com or the applicable regional storefront. These pages carry the notice: "Disclosure: Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you purchase through them, LuxeVault may earn a commission at no additional cost to you."

Amazon Associates cookies are active for 24 hours from the click event (or 90 days if the item is added to an Amazon shopping cart). LuxeVault earns a commission only on qualifying purchases made within that window.

Amazon, Amazon.com, and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. LuxeVault is an independent entity and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon beyond the Associates programme.

3. Other Affiliate Programmes

In addition to Amazon Associates, LuxeVault participates in or may participate in affiliate programmes operated by the networks listed below. Where content on this platform links to a retailer or service provider through one of these networks, the same principles apply: you pay the same price, commissions do not influence recommendations, and affiliate links are disclosed at the point of use.

Amazon Associates
CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction)
Impact (Impact Radius)
Rakuten Advertising

This table reflects current and anticipated affiliate relationships. Not all listed networks are necessarily active at any given time. The table is updated as relationships change.

4. How Affiliate Commissions Work

Commission rates are set by the retailer or affiliate network, not by LuxeVault. Rates vary by product category, retailer, and programme terms and are typically a percentage of the net purchase value (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).

LuxeVault receives commission payments from affiliate networks periodically (typically monthly), after the retailer's return window has closed and the purchase has been verified as qualifying. Commissions on returned or cancelled orders are reversed.

LuxeVault does not share commission data with buyers or third parties, except where required by law or our own internal reporting and compliance obligations.

5. Regulatory Compliance

United States (FTC)

This disclosure is made in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and the FTC's updated guidance on disclosures for digital advertising (2023). The FTC requires that material connections — including affiliate compensation — be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. LuxeVault discloses affiliate relationships at the page level, near the affiliate link itself.

United Kingdom (ASA / CAP)

This disclosure is made in accordance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority and Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code rules on recognising advertising (CAP Code rules 2.1–2.4) and the ASA's guidance on affiliate marketing. Content containing affiliate links is identified as such to ensure compliance with the requirement that advertising be obviously identifiable.

Canada (Competition Bureau)

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Canadian Competition Bureau's guidance on influencer marketing and affiliate programmes under the Competition Act. Material connections that could affect the weight consumers give to recommendations are disclosed clearly.

European Union (UCPD / DSA)

This disclosure is made in accordance with the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) and the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), which require that commercial intent be clearly identified and that paid or incentivised content be distinguishable from organic content. LuxeVault identifies affiliate-linked content at the point of presentation.

6. Your Choices

You are never required to use affiliate links on LuxeVault. If you prefer, you can search for any featured product directly on the retailer's website. Your experience of the platform is identical regardless of whether you use an affiliate link.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising used by affiliate networks by visiting the relevant opt-out portals: the NAI opt-out tool (US), YourOnlineChoices (EU/UK), and the Amazon Advertising opt-out at amazon.com/adprefs .

7. Changes to This Disclosure

LuxeVault will update this disclosure when new affiliate relationships are established, existing relationships change, or regulatory guidance evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclosure.
