Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LuxeVault platform. Please read them carefully. By using getluxevault.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About LuxeVault

GetLuxeVault (trading as "LuxeVault") operates a curated luxury discovery and referral platform connecting serious, qualified buyers with verified partners — dealers, brokerages, builders, and specialist service providers — across the global luxury market.

LuxeVault covers premium residential real estate, hypercars, private aviation, superyachts, luxury watches, fine art, armored vehicles, and specialist professional services, across markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

LuxeVault is a discovery and referral intermediary. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a partner. We do not buy, sell, hold, or handle any goods or property. Our role is to facilitate introductions.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using getluxevault.com — including any AI tools, enquiry forms, curated collections, or partner-facing features — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Partners are additionally bound by the LuxeVault Partner Agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use LuxeVault. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

4. Our Role — What We Do and What We Do Not Do

What LuxeVault does: We curate listings, maintain partner profiles, operate AI discovery tools, and review and forward buyer enquiries to verified partners. We make the introduction.
What LuxeVault does not do: We do not negotiate, advise, represent, or act as agent for any party in any transaction. We are not a real estate agent, financial adviser, investment adviser, legal adviser, or broker of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
No warranty on partners or listings: While we verify all partners before approval and monitor ongoing standards, LuxeVault makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing; the suitability of any asset for your purposes; the financial standing or conduct of any partner; or the outcome of any introduction or transaction.
No guarantee of introductions: Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a response from a partner, a successful introduction, or a transaction of any kind.

5. Buyer Enquiries and the Enquiry Process

How enquiries work: When you submit an enquiry, you are requesting an introduction to a verified partner who may be able to assist you. LuxeVault reviews every enquiry before forwarding it.
Our right to decline: We may decline to forward enquiries that are incomplete, appear fraudulent or speculative, or are inconsistent with the platform's purpose, at our sole discretion.
Consent to share: By submitting an enquiry, you explicitly consent to your name, contact details, and enquiry information being shared with the specific verified partner matched to your request.
The relationship beyond the introduction: Once an introduction is made, the resulting relationship — including any negotiation, due diligence, and transaction — is exclusively between you and the partner. LuxeVault has no further involvement unless you contact us separately.

6. AI Tools

LuxeVault's AI Lifestyle Advisor, AI Concierge, and Deal Advisor are decision-support tools. Their outputs are intended to help you explore options and frame questions — they are not professional advice of any kind.

You should independently verify any information, recommendation, or suggestion provided by these tools before making any financial, legal, or acquisition decision. LuxeVault accepts no liability for reliance on AI-generated outputs.

7. Acceptable Use

By using LuxeVault, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries, or misrepresent your identity or purchasing intent.
  • After receiving an introduction to a partner through LuxeVault, deliberately seek to circumvent that partner's referral arrangement with LuxeVault.
  • Scrape, harvest, copy, or reproduce platform content — including listing data, partner profiles, or AI outputs — without our prior written consent.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or crawlers to access the platform.
  • Interfere with the platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' enjoyment of the platform.
  • Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on LuxeVault — including editorial text, design, data compilations, AI-generated outputs, brand elements, the LuxeVault knowledge graph, and the underlying software — is owned by or licensed to LuxeVault and protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use LuxeVault's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

The platform may display content sourced from partners or link to external websites. LuxeVault is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content and does not endorse any linked website, partner, or third-party service.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeVault excludes all warranties and conditions — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LuxeVault does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security updates, or reasons beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Cap on liability: LuxeVault's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to LuxeVault in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim, or (b) £100.
Excluded loss types: LuxeVault will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or pure economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not foreseeable.
Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits LuxeVault's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxeVault and its authorised representatives from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the platform; or (c) any content you submit that infringes a third party's rights.

13. Changes to the Platform and These Terms

LuxeVault reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes: In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first at hello@getluxevault.com to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notification, either party may bring proceedings before the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Consumer rights: If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection law and are not prevented from bringing a claim before the courts of your country of habitual residence.
