GetLuxeVault exists to solve a fundamental problem in the luxury acquisition market: fragmentation. Finding an exceptional property in Dubai, a specific hypercar, a private jet, or a superyacht has historically meant navigating a maze of dealers, middlemen, and unreliable listings — with no single trusted source to bring it all together.
We built GetLuxeVault to change that. Our platform connects qualified, serious buyers directly with trusted, verified partners — dealers, builders, brokerages, and specialist service providers — across every pillar of the luxury world.
We are not a transactional marketplace. We are a curated discovery platform. Our role is to make the introduction with confidence on both sides, then step back and let the relationship develop between the buyer and partner.

Every partner is reviewed before they are approved
The trust that buyers place in LuxeVault depends entirely on the quality of the partners behind every listing. Our verification process is designed to protect that trust.
Application review
Every partner application is reviewed by the LuxeVault team. We assess legitimacy, category fit, and brand presentation before approving any account.
Credentials & documentation
Where applicable, we request supporting materials — business registration, authorised dealer status, or prior transaction evidence. Verification level reflects the depth of review completed.
Ongoing monitoring
Approved partners are subject to ongoing review. Listing quality, response standards, and buyer feedback all inform partner standing. The platform can suspend accounts that fall below our standards.

Partners earn verification levels from Verified Partner through to Founding Partner and Exclusive Partner — reflecting the depth of review completed and the strength of the relationship.

Buyer inquiries are handled with complete confidentiality
When a buyer submits an inquiry on LuxeVault, their contact information and the details of their request are treated as strictly confidential. We do not display buyer data on any public page, and we do not share it with any party that has not been through our verification process.
Inquiries are forwarded only to the specific partner who is the best match for that request. If no appropriate verified partner is available, the inquiry remains with our team until a suitable introduction can be made.
We do not sell buyer data. We do not use inquiry information for advertising targeting on third-party platforms. Buyer data is used for one purpose: facilitating a private, high-quality introduction between the buyer and a verified partner.
Confidentiality by default
Buyer contact details and inquiry contents are never made publicly visible. They are shared only with the specific verified partner matched to that inquiry.
No third-party data selling
LuxeVault does not sell, rent, or trade buyer data with any third party. Inquiry data is used exclusively to facilitate introductions between buyers and verified partners.
Transparent data handling
You can review your data, request corrections, or ask for deletion at any time. Our Privacy Policy and Disclosure document the full scope of what we collect and why.

What happens when you submit an inquiry
Every inquiry follows a consistent, private, and partner-matched process. No shortcuts, no unverified forwards, no data misuse.
Buyer submits an inquiry
A qualified buyer submits an inquiry through LuxeVault — selecting a specific listing or describing what they are looking for. No account is required. The process is free.
GetLuxeVault reviews the request
Our team reviews every inquiry before it is forwarded. We verify intent, match the request to the most appropriate partner, and ensure all relevant context is included.
Forwarded to a verified partner
The inquiry is sent exclusively to a pre-verified partner who has been reviewed, approved, and holds an active status on the platform. No unverified parties ever receive buyer data.
The partner contacts the buyer directly
The verified partner reaches out to the buyer directly. LuxeVault facilitates the introduction — the relationship and any subsequent transaction belong entirely to the buyer and partner.
Submitting an inquiry is always free. LuxeVault does not charge buyers to connect with verified partners. Any transaction terms are agreed upon directly and exclusively between the buyer and the partner.
Commission-first. No mandatory fees.
GetLuxeVault operates on a commission-first business model. This is a deliberate choice — it aligns our incentives with partner success rather than extracting value before results are delivered.
Joining GetLuxeVault is free for verified partners. There is no mandatory membership fee, no listing charge, and no subscription required. A partner who joins LuxeVault and does not receive a single qualified inquiry pays nothing.
Revenue is generated through a combination of:
- Successful referral commissions on closed or agreed transactions
- Strategic partnership arrangements with select platform participants
- Optional promotional opportunities for partners who choose to increase visibility
Optional promotional opportunities — such as featured placement or sponsored visibility — may be introduced in the future. These will always be optional. There will never be a mandatory fee to remain an active, verified partner on the platform.
Free to join
Partner membership is free. No subscription, no listing fees, no upfront charges.
Commission on success
Revenue is earned when buyers and partners connect and transact — not before. Our success depends on yours.
Optional promotions only
Future promotional features will be optional and clearly priced. Partners will always have the choice.
No mandatory upgrades
Verified partner status does not expire due to non-payment. There is no 'premium tier' required to stay on the platform.
