Platform Disclosure

LuxeVault operates as a curated luxury discovery and referral platform. We are not a retailer, estate agent, broker, or dealer. We do not buy or sell any goods or property, and we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a partner.

Our revenue model is commission-based. When a buyer is introduced by LuxeVault to a verified partner and a transaction is successfully completed, LuxeVault earns a referral commission paid by the partner. This commission is a business arrangement between LuxeVault and the partner — it is not a cost to the buyer, and buyers never pay LuxeVault directly.

Partners on LuxeVault — including real estate dealers, hypercar specialists, yacht brokerages, private aviation firms, and other luxury service providers — are independent businesses. They are verified by LuxeVault before being approved, but they operate their own businesses and set their own prices, terms, and conditions.

LuxeVault maintains commercial relationships with verified partners under which we may receive a commission on referred transactions. The existence of this relationship does not affect our editorial judgement: partners are curated and listed based on the quality, legitimacy, and relevance of what they offer — not based on commission rates.

LuxeVault's AI Lifestyle Advisor, AI Concierge, and Deal Advisor are powered by large language models and proprietary data. Outputs from these tools are generated based on your stated preferences and the platform's knowledge base. AI recommendations may reference partners with whom LuxeVault has a commercial relationship, but recommendations are filtered by match quality and buyer profile — not by commission arrangements.

Prices, valuations, market commentary, and any other financial information presented are for indicative and informational purposes only. Listing information — including descriptions, specifications, images, and indicative prices — is sourced from partners. LuxeVault reviews listings for quality and presentation, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listed asset. You should verify all information directly with the relevant partner before committing to any transaction.

LuxeVault is not an authorised firm regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or equivalent. We do not carry out regulated activities as defined by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Where any listed service or product category is subject to specific regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction, you should ensure you engage directly with an appropriately authorised professional.

Some links on LuxeVault route to external retailers via affiliate tracking links. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, LuxeVault earns a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is identical to the price you would pay navigating to the retailer directly.

LuxeVault is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme operated by Amazon.com, Inc., designed to provide a means for websites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon storefronts. Amazon Associates tracking cookies are active for 24 hours from click (or 90 days if the item is added to an Amazon shopping cart).

LuxeVault also participates in, or may participate in, affiliate programmes operated by CJ Affiliate (Conversant LLC), Impact (Impact Tech, Inc.), Rakuten Advertising LLC, and Awin AG. These programmes cover luxury fashion, travel, lifestyle, fine goods, and related categories.

Pages that contain affiliate links carry a visible disclosure notice near those links. The existence of an affiliate relationship with a retailer does not influence which products are listed, how they are ranked, or how they are described.
