Vehicle Overview
Klassen's GLS 580 VR7 conversion delivers genuine 7-seat armoured capacity in the largest of the current Mercedes-Benz SUV range. All three passenger rows are fully protected to VR7 — the only 7-seat SUV conversion in Klassen's programme certified at this level.
Exterior specification is maintained entirely to factory standard — externally indistinguishable from a standard GLS 580. The Airmatic suspension is recalibrated post-conversion to compensate for the added armoured mass without compromising ride quality or ground clearance.
Klassen's interior programme upgrades the rear cabin with upgraded Nappa leather, individual privacy curtains, and a refrigeration unit. Run-flat inserts and self-sealing fuel tank complete the protection package.
